Caffeine is a normal stimulant that activates the Central Nervous System (CNS) to decrease tiredness and increase alertness. Caffeine can be found in many household food items. For example, in coffee, soft drinks, herbal tea, etc. In my opinion, it is the most used substance by individuals, especially by health care workers or essential workers. Caffeine does have beneficial properties but when one drinks too much caffeine there can also be an adverse effect.
